About Francoise
Francoise is an advanced yoga teacher from Powerflow Yoga and specialist yoga teacher from Kula for Karma. Teaching from the Yin to the Yang, yoga has become her way of living and being. She has over 600 hours of teacher training in various modalities and comes from NYC. She continues to train in NYC to evolve as a person and to inspire and inform her teaching.
Being a hospice specialist and advanced reiki master, Francoise provides a safe space for transcending and letting go. Living requires lots of learning new ways for longevity and she loves bringing that to her classes.
Francoise focuses on alignment and breath in her classes. With the busyness of our lives, entering her class will remind you of who you are and give you a chance to reconnect body, mind and soul.
