About Maxine
I'm a women's empowerment coach. I help women remember they were created to be. To remind them that how they feel within exudes to how they are seen. I remind them they have a choice and can choose to follow the expectations and be in agreement with society's beliefs of how women should look, behave, believe.
My Life Coaching services equip women with an understanding of spiritual laws and applying them into their daily life. I am trained to identify limiting beliefs, listen for speech patterns and tones, inclinations, and read your body language to assist you in your transformation into your highest choice.
I also teach a slow flow yoga and am the creator of Goddess Yoga, which a slow, sensual, feminine movement.
I am a Yoga Alliance 200 yrt instructor. I have my life coach training through Encompass Life and have joined their team as a life coach.

During life coaching sessions, I can feel my clients true heart. And when they begin to feel it too, their life will completely change.
When my mom was terminally ill I needed something to help me physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I am a certified EC-6 educator. I am a registered Yoga Alliance 200yrt certified yoga instructor. I hold certifications for the following healing modalities:
-life coaching certification through the Life Coach Training Institute and currently work with Encompass Life.
-Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki I/II certified
-Master Choa Kok Sui Pranic Healing

I think it's important to build a rapport with all new students, get to know them, how long they've practiced yoga, if they have any injuries or concerns.
I've worked with ages (14 yrs+).
I would advise the student to look for someone who understand the true meaning and purpose of yoga. To look for a teacher they feel comfortable with and leads their life based on the Yamas and Niyamas.
I really enjoy learning and most recently participated in a body electronics class.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It's important that they inform their teacher of any injuries, allergies (sage, essential oils, palo santo, incense), any emotional feelings they feel during or after their practice. What they feel is their strengths and weaknesses are and anything they would like to work on.

I love Maxine's whole vibe. You can tell that she pours her heart into every class and seeks to empower women.
