About Jennifer
Hello! So lovely to meet you! I am Jenn-a yogi and a teacher. To me, yoga is a personal guide to uniting with your truest self and purpose. Everyone’s yoga journey is unique and I thrive on helping students as they break through barriers and grow into themselves. My yoga practice has taught me to how to love my body and live mindfully which ignited a passion to share and spread this ancient practice. Everyone can experience the powerful benefits of yoga...especially when you apply the lessons learned on your mat into your daily life.
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. I completed my training at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas and I am so grateful for the support and knowledge of the amazing mentors and teachers.
