About Evelyn
I love teaching the foundations of YOGA TO ALL.
Learn how to enjoy the natural movements of your body and be able to take that feeling off the mat.
I teach the basic alignment and poses of Vinyasa to free the body and mind of limitations for the every day life.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and teaching family & friends for the past 3 years. Earlier this year I received my 200hr International Yoga Teacher Certification.
