About Daniel

I love keeping things simple! Yoga can seem so complicated, but I love making yoga simple to help clients maintain and progress a healthy life style.

The biggest thing I love is when my clients tell me that they didnt think they could do something and I helped them! The most common posture I hear this from is bakasana!

I understand the joy of seeing progressing in my own yoga practice and love to help clients progress theirs!

I dropped a class in college and needed the credits so I tried yoga. Fell in love with it and saw how it helped maintain a healthy trainning regiment while I ran track in college.

I have been teaching yoga since 2009. I have 200 hr teacher training.

About the lesson

After discussing new students goals and compliants of injuries, I would go through a round of postures and movements to assess new student's problem areas. From there we will construct a plan to help the new student progress towards their goals.

I work with multi-level students. Organically I have found that althelic students come to my classes to progress their practice.

I would talk to a teacher first before you hire them. I would ask them what they are working on in their own yoga practice, to see if it matches with what you are working on or goals. I would also ask them about their yoga journey and see if it resonates with you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would ask a teacher what there goals are with their yoga practice and how they would progress towards them. I would also ask them if they have ever gotten stuck in their yoga practice and what did they do? These questions would give you insight how they will help you obtain your goals.

Details

For a 60 minute private session is $90. You can purchase a 5 pack of private lessons for $400 ($80 per session) or 10 lessons for $700 ($70 per session). Private sessions you can be yourself or you can bring a friend.

I also do semi private sessions that are 90 mins to 120 mins. These are for small groups of 3 to 6 students. The pricing for a semi private session is $110 for 90 mins and $150 for 120 mins.

The idea of these sessions is to help students progress their yoga practice or athletic training with minimizing the interruptions from injuries. I do also teach at local studios, message to inquiry.
