About Heather
I am an ACSM certified exercise physiologist with a bachelors degree in exercise physiology. Over the years i have worked with kids to older adults. I love working with clients to reach their goals and optimum fitness level. I have extensive experience in post rehab training and clients over 40.
I love that each client is different and that each body is different. Working with my clients to find a workout that works for them and they enjoy doing is my goal. When my clients feel better, I know I have done my job!

I like to meet with each client to go over their needs and their goals. I will go over my approach to their workouts and go over a plan. It is very important that the client trainer relationship is a match so I like to meet each person and give it a trial basis to make sure they are happy!
Make sure you are comfortable with your trainer. If you are not happy, change. It is a relationship that needs to be comfortable.
