About Andrea
I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and enjoy working with students of all levels, and enjoy working one on one with individuals and small groups that are new to yoga.
I enjoy getting to meet new people when they are introduced to yoga, and watch their transformation as they progress with their yoga practice.
I completed my 500 teacher training through Yax Yoga Concepts out of Virgnia Beach, and have various continuing educations trainings such as Yoga for Golfers, Level 2 reiki, Yoga for Kids, and I also specialize in sound therapy and offer sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls.
