About Erica
I teach a very alignment based and creative flow vinyasa yoga class. The sequencing is innovative and fresh, so it's a class that leaves student feeling inspired and revived.
My classes focus on the breath, and detailed alignment of a pose.
I was certified before yoga became a fad, and there was much integrity in the certification program. I graduated from Laughing Lotus Yoga School in NYC.
