It is for everyone, who wants to explore the extent of their capabilities, in terms of flexibility as well as mentally.

It is the ultimate source of my happiness and gives me purpose

I started as a student and my mother is my inspiration for yoga. When i got much deep into its cause and effect, i started learning it, soon i knew i wanted to spread this and join a yoga teacher training class and start reaching people.

I am a yog alliance certified yoga trainer, been teaching is for more than 2 years now, Have taken classes in corporate yoga, meditation, prenatal yoga, kids yoga.

About the lesson

Working with new student is learning both sides, unlearning and learning is involved with student as well as teacher. In the start, opening up the person and there mind is involved, then you go ahead with starting to work on flexibility of the rigid muscle groups.

I have taught women, men, children, older people, pregnant women, therauptic needed ones.

You will not get disappointed. And it will ease every aspect of your life

I took a corporate yoga class, just to make people at workplace aware of it, and people collectively approached me for regular classes.
