About Maurlei
I am a trained hatha yoga instructor. My focus is to connect with students and guide them through their practice with a sense of compassion, knowledge, understanding, and empathy. Yoga is a safe place to connect deeper with oneself.
I love having the opportunity to guide students to a heaightened connection between their mind and body. Our body is our vessel and our health is the only thing we truly have.
I have completed 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Global Vinyasa in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Details
I charge $60 per hour for a single one-on-one session. There is a $10-15 extra fee if I am travelling to meet the student.
