About Mellisa
My name is Mellisa Stills, Owner of Be stills Yoga. With 5 years of yoga teaching experience, 5 years of research in yoga therapy, Working in the medical field for almost 10 years and working hand and hand with some of the best naturopathic physicians to grow my practice everyday. This allows me to deliver a balance practice as a I recognize not only the power of psychology but the power of flexability and movement.

First, I like to get to know my students and their lifestyle. Then, we work on the mental and emotional work such as meditation and restorative yoga. The body could be reacting from mental trauma in the past or present. Lastly, we will work on more movements and healing the physical part of the body.
