About Kortni
Hi, beautiful Yogis! I am trained in Vinyasa Yoga flow and love upbeat positive music during my classes. I love to work one on one with my students at my private home or in a large studio if available. Every day I like to set an intention for my class and draw out lessons and thoughts pertaining to each movement. My goal is to get my students out of their heads and concentrated on their breathing and alignment.
There is no better feeling than reconnecting with your body and mind and using your breath to recenter. I love working with my students on their flexibility and overall movement. After our yoga classes, you will feel zen and full of life!

Perfect! Kortni is an incredible teacher! I have been taking her classes for a while now and she has an amazing upbeat attitude. The classes are some of the best workouts I have ever gotten. She is attentive and knowledgable when it comes to yoga, diet and working out in general. I recommend her to anyone in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Her private lessons have helped me get into shape, lose some weight and really appreciate yoga.
