About Kate
EXD Wellness offers virtual and outdoor lessons. Group classes, individual lessons and Corporate group lessons. Specializing in Pilates, Yoga Flow, Restorative Yoga, Barre Classes and Fit and Tone classes. Based in NJ, and virtual anywhere.
I took a Pilates mat class at a local college and fell in love. Decided this was what I wanted to teach, and everything evolved from there. I love any kind of movement method that links the mind, body and breath connection.
