About Laura
I am the founder of the Natural Yoga Method, a style that integrates mindfulness meditation with full body strengthening and lengthening yoga practices that are adaptable to almost any level, even in group classes.
I am passionate about encouraging my students through the tough process of personal growth that comes along with becoming stronger and more connected to one's sense of well-being. Besides group classes that both stimulate and stabilize the nervous system and retrain and develop the musculature of the body, I also am a yoga therapist, helping children and adults recover from trauma and to reclaim their lives. I even work with those with special needs.
