About Valerie
As both a yoga instructor and personal trainer I am able to infuse the two together for optimal results. Leaving my clients feeling strong, energized and in the best shape of their lives.
What I enjoy the most is seeing how a physical transformation in the body ends up causing a massive transformation in my client's lives. I find that once we start achieving our physical wellness goals all areas in our lives start to improve as a result.
Qualifications- National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified personal trainer, 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and currently in graduate school for my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
