About Richard
I have been on the path for 32 years and teaching for 21 of them. Recently opened Mandala Yoga in Santa Monica. I teach Yoga, breath work and meditation, together or separately they can offer you what you want in life. Reach for the sky! Do you want more happiness, joy, love in your life? Do you want less stress, anxiety, pain, lack of focus. These practices create connection to source energy and can give you what you are looking for. This practice reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach your goals whatever they may be. I teach privates and small groups.
