About Ida
I teach Iyengar yoga known for it's pecision and healing effects. I have a specialty in private lessons for people with health issues including back pain, MS, heart disease, hormonal imbalance, problems with hips, knees, shoulders and necks.
I have over 30 years experience offering deep, quality yoga in my beautiful studio in Santa Monica or in your home.
Yoga has helped me personally heal every imbalance and physical issue that has come my way. Back issues after an accident, a right leg that liked to turn in from birth, every issue I encouter in life has been healed or managed pain free via my Iyengar yoga practice. I have been teaching for 36 years and welcome you to my beautiful indoor/outdoor space to expereince the best of yoga. I am a certified teacher in the tradition of Iyengar Yoga, known worldwide for it's healing methods.
