About Sansea
I teach Yin Yoga.The Yin portions of the body are bones, tendons and fascia—most of all fascia! We melt into poses allowing gravity to soften, warm, and enliven joints, so we become more flexible, and have more poise, equanimity and peace of mind. We don’t sweat; we stay on the floor—no balance issues. Poetry, world music and humor promote flow so allowing the body to teach us the amazing design of our anatomy.
