About Julie
I am a 500hr yoga teacher and have been teaching . Since 2003. I teach hatha yoga and also restorative yoga. I also use props in my teaching in order to facilitate easing into certain poses. I put a lot of emphasis on proper alignment and Breathing.
Being able to introduce others to the benefits of yoga. People are often surprised that you don't have to be flexible to practice yoga, yoga is not about flexibility, it's about quieting the mind and finding your peace within. Flexibility and strength is an added bonus.
