In a class setting we give special instruction to help students with their postures. We explain in detail how the yoga works with the body and how to use your breath as a tool and how to pace themselves for optimal progress and enjoyment.! I always encourage students so they keep coming back!
As a certified yoga instructor with 3 trainings and as well having a certified personal training background, I can personally teach yoga to new students/customers by finding out their goals/needs and moving them through yoga postures that help them feel good and meet their personal yoga, fitness and wellness goals. I want them to find their journey by having fun and feeling better so they stay committed. I personally love yoga and cannot live without it on a regular basis, so I am very passionate about helping students as it has helped me tremendously.
