About Eva
Hi. I'm Eva Resendez. I received my yoga certificate from Absolute Yoga in Thailand in 2011. I continued yoga training in summer 2012 in Rishikeshyogpeeth in India. Yoga became my physical therapy for my lower back (L5and L6). I was unable to walk far and without pain. The doctored wanted to put me in steroid shots and then surgery if that didn't work. I signed up for yoga for one month to start. And since then I have not been in pain and have been able to walk Bali, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, to name a few from dawn to dusk. I am thankful for yoga for this and many more reasons. (Exploring the world and stress relief to name a few.). It's not about touching your toes and being flexible. It's about time fir yourself, breathing and making space at your pace.
Namaste
