About Selysa
Hello! My name is Selysa Love. I teach yoga, meditation, and AcroYoga to people of all levels, I give reiki healing, and I help people reach their health goals using essential oils. Each session is specifically tailored to you and your needs - physically, mentally, and spiritually. We can focus on strengthening, stretching, relaxing, mindfulness, breath work, fun tricks, inversions, handstands, destressing, therapeutics, or any combination you can dream up. After just one session, you'll feel refreshed, connected, and whole. I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a life long acrobat. I have trained for six years in India, Thailand, Mexico, and across the USA with many gurus and experts. If you feel allured by this offering, it's probably for you!
Most healers ended up on their journeys in an attempt to heal themselves - I am no exception.
I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, where I studied with true masters of the art. I received a reiki attunement in Dharmashala, India, and have practiced giving and receiving reiki for years. In addition, I practiced yoga, meditation, and other healing therapies for 300 hours at a school of awakening and healing in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

I have worked with children, the elderly, and everyone in between, all with varying levels of health and dis-ease.
