About
Hello! My name is Johanna, my friends call me Joey. I'm originally from NY and I now have lived in Sacramento, CA for 8 years. I received my 200 yoga teacher training certificate in Bali, Indonesia at a yoga shala called Yoga Bliss. I chose them for their high level of detail to teaching and it has led me to fall in love with the style of yoga, Ashtanga. It is one of the most classic styles of yoga and teaches alignment, strength, discipline, flexibility and meditation. Its a beautiful practice that I feel extremely passionate about and can't wait to share. I also specialize in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Restorative, Tantra and Kundalini.
