About Kiersten
• Public speaker and yoga instructor, teaching to all skill and age levels
• Teach correct postures/alignment to ensure maximum benefit and safety
• Provide guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students relax and center themselves to achieve maximum benefits from the practice
• Work with students of all body types and fitness levels
• Give students in-depth understanding of breathing techniques
• Taught thoughtful and carefully planned classes with the goal of having students feel refreshed and renewed
