The owner, Chantel, and her family, have created a soothing, supportive and inspiring studio. I have never felt intimidated or out of place. Because they are such good people, they have attracted good people...thus creating a fun, uplifting community! I am there 3 classes a week. I was completely new to pilates and love how I feel both in and out of the class. I love Chantel's social media video posts of us in class...I get to show-off to my husband and kids what I can do. They are very impressed!! ;-)
