About Beth
Namaste
I love helping people relieve stress through Yoga. There are many elements of Yoga including asana or physical postures, pranayama or breath control and meditation or quieting the body and mind. All together these aspects of yoga help reduce stress and create a higher quality of life.
I especially enjoy witnessing the changes that occur in my students' breathing, posture and overall disposition between the start of practice and the end. My students leave my class visibly more peaceful and at physically at ease than they are when they first come into class.

Yoga lessons offered by Beth are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Richmond. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
