We provide outstanding service to our clients by offering multiple classes during non popular hours. We are customer service driven, where we know who you are, your goals and we make them our goals, and offer many services for one low price.
I enjoy the work I do because I see the impact our studio offers to its members and their results obtained by the clients under our guidance
I was an Overweight 14 year old
Became Anorexic at 16 almost died
At 18 Gained 100 pounds back
At 25 Discovered exercise and how I could eat and live a normal healthy life.
Had 3 Kids recovered my fitness level
At 50 Did a Ladies Figure Competition
25+ years of working as a Personal Trainer, 15 years working as a Master Trainer training potential new instructors. Previous experience to the above, I was a Physcial Therapist Aide

Make sure that Trainer can explain what exercise you are doing
is going to do, to help you in obtaining your goal.
