About Jillian

I am a music therapist, talk therapist and yoga instructor specializing in restorative, gentle vinyasa, therapeutic and prenatal yoga. I blend creative expression of music with body therapeutics, meditation, pranayama, and verbal processing.

I have been a therapist for 5 years and work with a wide array of individuals with special needs, diagnoses, or unique conditions.

I have a MS in Music therapy, am board certified nationally, and am certified as a yoga instructor with additional advanced trainings in areas of specialty.
