About Holly
I remember my first yoga class- the butterflies in my stomach, the excitement, the shock at how difficult the "rest" postures felt! It's hard to believe that the start of my yoga journey was already nearly ten years ago. I am so excited and thankful that I am now able to share the wonders and beauty of yoga with others. Whereever you are at on your yoga journey, I would love to help guide you along the way! Let's do this!
I am a certified yoga teacher: 200hr Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training, Bhakti Yogshala.
