About Chelsea
I like to dive deep into the minds of my clients, to truly understand what they would like to receive from yoga. I focus on yoga as an experience rather than something that has to be done. I connect the body, mind, and the design of sound to bring awareness to each client's personal journey.
I love teaching yoga at all levels, ages, body types. I love to hear reactions after classes, where students feel confident and accomplished. Where you can see the glow and motivation radiating from their peaceful vessels.
