I like to get an understanding of what brings them to yoga? What do they hope to achieve from our sessions? How can I help? (If they even know)
The practice plan is based on their specific requirements and goals. Types of yoga postures practiced are adaptive..Gentle Hatha, Restorative,yin, chair,etc. In addition is meditation and Pranayama (breathework).
Most students start with a five session package investment and are still here three years later 😊
