About Allison
My service stands out because I am an attentive teacher who will cater to the needs of their students. The first priority is the student, how does their body feel? how is their breathing? I want to give students an experience they can carry off their mat and into the world.
I love yoga. I love being able to share yoga with others. Yoga has helped my body to be strong and flexible. It has also helped me to be aware of my body and in tune with what my body needs. I enjoy guiding others on their journey in self-discovery.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and wanted to share my passion for yoga with others. Everything seemed to work out and I was able to participate in the Ashtanga teacher training program.
I am a certified yoga teacher with 3B yoga.
