About Elina

My name is Elina. I'm a 5-year experienced yoga teacher in my country (Russia) and have more than 10 years in the United States. My spiritual teacher is Mahatma Shri Dev Das, an Indian yogi and an expert on Ayurveda, who is a disciple of the famous Sri Satguru Baba Devraha. You can find information on the Internet about both of them.

My pris is very humane, so I'm looking forward to seeing you soon. (concealed information) (concealed information) Elina

Since my Childhood, I have loved yoga and practiced it. But one day my friend, a yoga teacher, asked me to switch places with her while she was on vacation. I did it, and for more than 10 years, I have continued to be a yoga teacher.

I graduated from special courses at the Academy of Physical Culture in Russia, and I have a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in the USA

About the lesson

I carefully observe the new student, his physical training, the degree of flexibility, mental and physical data, In accordance with my observations, I always try to find an individual approach

I love working with beginner and pregnant women

If you are going to do, or already doing yoga, but for some reason you find it difficult or uncomfortable in the group, I am pleased to become your personal trainer .Also I'm happy to help someone who wants to improve and deepen his(her) practice.

That is a big event for me, when one my student said me she is pregnant. That wonderful young woman started doing yoga with me more, then 3 years ago, when she had problem with her first pregnancy. The doctors offered her only a cesarean section, but after yoga practics, she gave birth to boy normal way. Now that boy super cute, healthy and speaks 3 language.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should explain teacher their needs, problems and expectations and ask if could yoga helps them
