About Sydney
My 500 hr Teacher Training has provided me the tools to teach based on the needs of my students. Being malleable as both a teacher and student is keen in learning Yoga at any age or skill level. I provide healing touch and cues that go hand in hand with proper breathing techniques. Alignment and breathing are essential in Vinyasa Yoga.
Helping others! That is my main goal in facilitating Private or Semi-Private Yoga classes to those who wish to deepen their practice or start as a beginner. The classes I teach are Open to All Levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or wish to learn fundamentals I’d be happy to be your Yoga Instructor!
