Berthy is the founder of nacánYoga + wellness, a holistic wellness business rooted in mindful movement, nervous system care, and intentional living.
As a Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Wellness Coach, she offers private 1:1 sessions designed to support balance, strength, healing, and overall well-being through a personalized and heart-centered approach.
Sessions are offered both mobile and from an intimate home studio setting.
