Having been in the performing arts industry from a young age, & later on working as a professional dancer & aerial artist, the arts & fitness have always been part of my life. My goal is to share my passion & knowledge and make lessons available for ALL, that will ultimately allow you to always leave class feeling more energized, though calm, positive, motivated & confident!
sharing my knowledge, experience and passion and helping everyone around me have a more positive and calmer day, whilst motivating, encouraging & supporting them!
I started teaching dance and acro classes in 2007
