About Nancy
I am a Yoga Therapist. I offer private sessions which focus on your specific needs and concerns. Through breath work, yoga postures and ancient yogic wisdom we begin to heal the body, mind and spirit.
Many of my clients are cancer survivors, seniors looking to better balance and strengthen, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, osteoporosis, cardiac disease, auto immune disease and many more health challenges. What ever your health concerns are, I can assist you on your healing journey.
