About Adrienne
I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2013.
I have also authentically apprenticed to become a Reiki Master Teacher.
I am also a Barre Instructor and have studio space in my home
I am also certified in SUP and Aerial Yoga and have completed courses in crystal healing, and chakras.
I design my classes to be a positive and encouraging enviornment and enjoy watching the transformation of my students.
I love watching the phsycal and mental growth of my students. I love learning from them and also taking continuing course to be able to offer more ways to help them heal.
