About Sasha
I offer customized classes in meditation, hatha yoga, vinyasa, yoga, and restorative yoga practice. I can meet you where you are and I serve all individuals from beginners to advanced practitioners. My goal is help you develop a daily practice that you can commit to and eventually maintain with independence.
I have practiced yoga since I was 16 years old. Over the past 20 years, my practice has evolved to include the various aspects of my life. It began as a journey that focused on the physical and transcended into a practice that addresses my mind, body, and soul. Since the birth of my son, I have also begun to practice family yoga and have included him in my practice. I love sharing the peace and clarity of mind that yoga brings to life with others.
