About Kashawn
I offer counseling in conjunction with body movement to increase the release of tension in the body. I offer packages that assist my clients with addressing mental clutter which may also affect and settle into the physical body.
I am currently an educational psychologist and have added yoga as another layer to help/assist children and adults relax in their mind and body.
I’m a educational psychologist and have been practicing for 11 years. I recently obtained my yoga teacher training certification as well.

If a student would like counseling along with yoga - I complete an initial consultation with each student to ascertain their most current concerns/emotions so that a yoga sequence can be created that assists with possibly alleviating how those emotions show up in the body.
If students only desire body movement with no counseling - that is also available.
