I started training with Deanna because I was a beginner and too self-conscious to attend a standard Yoga class.  I knew my age and inexperience would prevent me from being able to practice gracefully and she presented an opportunity for me to be introduced without being intimidated.   She is teaching me the true practice of Yoga, that it is not just a series of poses. And she explains the mental, emotional, and physical benefit of every move. She does so with kindness, patience, intellect, and encouragement.  I highly recommend training with Deanna.  I feel fortunate that I was exposed to the practice of Yoga with someone who is so experienced and radiant with positivity.  Her sessions will leave you feeling pleasant, refreshed, uplifted...peaceful.   Much needed after a stressful day, and especially during these times.

Deanna is such a special soul. I have been taking private yoga lessons from her for quiet awhile and she has improved my physical and mental states tremendously.
