About Tracy
I have hundreds of hours of training in yoga and movement and am a certified menopause doula. My personal experience with the menopausal transition gives me the understanding of what we go through and how to help.
I have a laid back, joyful, fun style. It's nit that serious!
I was a student who experienced the physical and mental changes from my practice and wanted to deepen my practice and share with others.
