About Rachel

I started practicing yoga to find an outlet to cope with my depression as well as to ease my low back pain. I am a former First Responder and wanted to steer my life in the direction of helping people on more of a deep-rooted level.

I started teaching online and as I did that for several years, I decided to get my YTT. I obtained that in 2020 and immediately opened my yoga studio in my local home town, so that I could help my community. You can find me on facebook at (concealed information)
