I am an elementary teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. I have a bachelors degree in education specialty elementary education. I have my 200 hour yoga certification from Yoga Works. 90 hours a Restorative Yoga training. Trained in cosmic kids yoga. Yoga Nidra , Yin . Reik 2 animal reiki and singing bowls
