About Karla
Results-oriented PT with 15+ years of experience and a proven knowledge of strength training, endurance training, functional training, mobility training focused. 200 Yoga RYT and currently studying for 300 RYT with Alliance Based Yoga School. Aiming to leverage my skills to successfully change people’s lives.
My passion for a healthier and happier life, honor the body we were gifted, motivating friends and family to reach their goals, seeing their lives changed through fitness and nutrition is what makes me the happiest girl ever.
15+ years of experience of training, ultramarathoner, 200 RYT, 5 + years experience as PT, NASC studies.
