About Jane
My studio stands out for the years of experience I have practicing and teaching which has given me the knowledge of good instruction, demonstrations and hands on assists in a very welcoming and warm manner without goal or judgements.
I enjoy that everyday is different in class as in life. I love the people it brings to me and then I am able to share this wonderful life changing practice. It is something that excludes no one. There are modifications for poses and never a feeling of competition or force.
I am 200 hour certified yoga Instructor through an accredited yoga school and have 14 years of teaching experience. I have taught in yoga studios and on the corporate levels as well as private instruction. I am a certified Thai Yoga massage therapist as well.
