About Kim

Yoga Ormond Beach happens outdoors. Socially distanced, private location Anyone of any age and any fitness level can participate. I have over 20 years experience teaching yoga. Regions served: Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach.

As a yoga teacher I am eager to cultivate an individual therapeutic protocol for you. I am actively listening to your bodily complaints or concerns, medical diagnoses, dietary concerns, past injuries or surgeries, fitness goals, etc. and formulating a custom yoga program just for your you. I often consult with physical therapists and professional resources to assure the best possible sequence of yoga exercises. Change is worth pursuing and I can get you on the path to a renewed commitment

15 thousand plus hours teaching yoga to beginning through advanced practitioners. I like working with beginners best :)

About the lesson

I perform a brief "intake" like a member of the medical community would. I like to know any major or minor knee shoulder back neck ankle complaints: whether they be minor or major, surgeries, physical therapy, rehabilitation history. I also want to know about YOU - what your ambitions and specialties are.
