My methodology focuses on ensuring your wellness journey is unique to you, injury free and maximally beneficial in meeting your goals.
Most Yoga/Meditation teachers and fitness trainers will say that it's wonderful to help people along their journey of improvement. This is true for me as well! I love teaching and showing these skills to students 1. Extensive knowledge of Yoga's Body-Mind-Inner Self aspects 2. Client-customized teaching skills 3. Highly perceptive to each person's unique needs and their potential pathways to personal improvement!
