About Cindy
We are an alignment based studio. We focus on teaching from the ground up. Our motto is "Yoga for All." All shapes and body sizes are welcome. The Iyengar and Hatha classes are slow and can be modified.
Cindy is the only certified Iyengar teacher in Okc and 1 of 2 in the state. It takes 4 years to get certified in Iyengar yoga.❤️🙏🏼
