About Daniella
The Time is Now - This is the Place. I am offering Yoga classes. My intimate setting is limiting class sizes to 10. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm.
Tap into peace and tranquility while working on strength, core and balance. Your time starts NOW.
If you are interested in taking Yoga classes, but was not sure what to expect, taking private lessons is the way to go. I also offer private Yoga lessons. In these private sessions the concept of Yoga is explained - focusing on the breath and postures as well as meditation, which is an integral part of Yoga.
